Hidden Agenda by Lisa Harris

                      ISBN: 9780800721923
About the book: His cover is blown. Now his enemies are on his heels and closing in.

Presumed dead by friends and family, Michael Hunt is alive--and on the run. The undercover assignment he's been working for the past eight months has just been blown. With a hit out on his life and corruption inside the Atlanta police department, Michael finds himself hunted by both the cartel and the law. His only hope is Olivia Hamilton--the daughter of the man who wants him dead.

This nonstop chase from Christy Award-winning Lisa Harris will leave you breathless.

My thoughts: Lisa Harris has again written an action packed, fast moving suspense that involves the dangerous world of drugs and money laundering. A successful real estate corporate head is father to Olivia and Ivan who live normal lives but only see their father a couple of times a year on his ocean front estate. They become involved in the nefarious activities revolving around their father when Ivan accidentally witnesses the murder of a man and sees a second man about to receive the same fate. The two young people rescue Michael, the doomed man, in a night boat escape.

This  begins the chase. There are bad men of every stripe out to get them. And Olivia and Ivan discover more and more about the life their father has kept hidden in the shadows.

Michael, the injured man they rescued, is an undercover policeman and his life is very much in danger. He is pursued and he is also the pursuer.

The twists and turns of this story take the reader into the minds of criminals and also police. As the conclusion of Lisa Harris' three book Southern Crimes series, this is a winner.
