Visiting from Literacy Musing Mondays and...Hi Vera! Visiting from Literacy Musing Mondays and just had to connect over good medieval lit of the Celtic Christian era. This book reminded me of the Sister Fidelma Mysteries by Peter Tremayne and the Cadfael Mysteries by Ellis Peters--both are historians before they are novelists. Their painting ot time and place is compelling--as are the stories.
